Ready Player One

Ready Player One is a 2011 science fiction novel,
and the debut novel of American author Ernest Cline.
The story, set in a dystopia in 2044,
follows protagonist Wade Watts on his search for
an Easter egg in a worldwide virtual reality game,
the discovery of which will lead him to inherit the game creator's fortune.

Maze Runner

Thomas wakes up in a strange elevator,
with memories lost and
no idea what is going to happen.
He is accepted into a glade full of other teenage boys
who call themselves "Gladers."
After learning about the Maze that surrounds them
all, Thomas becomes obsessed with finding a way out,
which could mean certain death.

Murder on Orient Express

The elegant train of the 1930s, the Orient Express,
is stopped by heavy snowfall, with many passengers.
A murder is discovered, and Poirot's trip home to
London from the Middle East is interrupted to solve the murder.
